Support SHARP in going green!
We are looking at ways that SHARP can go even more green, improve on our trash removal, and generally improve the environment around the campsite.
We have entered into a community funding award scheme by Dobbies Garden Centres, to gain equipment and materials for stage one of this process. This will hopefully go towards the purchase of containers, tools (that will also be useful on site), and plants so that we can improve the area between the kitchen and the marquee. More long term we are hoping to be able to purchase hot composting bins to compost our food waste and use up some of our cardboard (reducing what ends up in the skips).
However, we need your help. We need you to vote for our project on the Dobbies site, and to encourage everyone - family and friends - to vote for us too. The funding we get is based on the numbers of votes we receive, and the project with the most votes nationally will get additional support. It takes less than a minute to vote but would really benefit us!
To vote, please follow the link below and scroll down to the grey box where you can select the King's Lynn store in the drop down menu (you may need to accept the cookies to do this). Select SHARP and submit. It's that easy!
